Hello! Welcome to my shop of whimsical and delightful things. I spend most of my spare time materializing the thoughts in my head into crafts. All items in my shop are designed and handmade by me in my wee Glasgow tenement flat. Have fun browsing and please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Payment
I only use paypal. I will wait one week for payment of an item [and email between then of course] and then relist the item. I am absolutely fine if you'd like to cancel the order prior to me shipping it out [I ship within two days of payment], but you must let me know asap.
Shipping
I ship world wide. If your country isn't listed, just let me know and I will adjust it for you. I ship standard delivery to keep prices low and normally send within two days of payment. I will contact you the day I ship. I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. It typically has taken 2 weeks to ship to the United States, but sometimes customs will hold up the process [I've not had a problem with this though]. I try and send the item with as little weight and space as possible as it is cheaper and gets there quicker. If you want a quicker shipping or one with a tracking number, let me know a I will adjust the price for you.
Additional policies and FAQs
As I'm a UK seller, I use an online currency converter calculator to determine the exchange rate of my items and shipping. I try and keep prices as fair as possible and check the currency conversion once a week. If it's a dramatic change, I will adjust the price. The US and Canadian dollar are rising so the prices will be more even to the British pound than they used to be [good news for American and Canadian customers!].
